Christ Church is an active supporter of its home community, Tulsa, Oklahoma. We strive to benefit the community by serving our neighbors in need. Tulsa is fortunate to host several nonprofit agencies helping people in northeastern Oklahoma. The members of Christ Church are involved in supporting these organizations as well as independent programs that help people. Interested in helping? Email Aaron Tiger for more information.
Missions
Family Promise
Christ Church partners with Family Promise of Tulsa County that house homeless families, while they save money and or look for employment. Our commitment includes providing a dinner meal each evening, during our weeks. We also give financial support for housing the families. Affiliated with the National Family Promise, we help homeless families regain their housing, independence and dignity.
If you are interested in assisting with Family Promise at the church or with the organization, we would love to have you!

Mission Teams
Christ Church is a good Samaritan church. In order to fulfill the mission of Christ Church, “Making Disciples of Jesus Christ for the Transformation of the World,” we provide many opportunities, both local and across the globe, to be the hands and feet of Christ in this world. Regularly, we send teams into our world to serve in medical, construction, or service missions.
Operation Christmas Child
Members of Christ Church provide Shoebox Gifts for underprivileged children around the world.
Youth Force Tulsa
Youth Force Tulsa June 14-19, 2026
Each June, Christ Church on Harvard is honored to host Youth Force Tulsa—a week-long mission experience where students and volunteers from across Oklahoma join together to serve our neighbors in Midtown Tulsa.
Throughout the week, teams take on basic home repair projects for local residents who need a helping hand. These repairs make homes safer, more comfortable, and more welcoming, while also building lasting connections between volunteers and the people they serve.
More than just fixing houses, Youth Force is about sharing God’s love through action, deepening faith through service, and strengthening our community one project at a time. It’s a joy to see young people grow in compassion, skill, and understanding as they work side-by-side with one another and with homeowners.
If you or someone you know could benefit from assistance during Youth Force week, we invite you to apply here.
