The Men’s Breakfast will be Saturday, September 12, from 8–9:30 a.m. Our speaker will be Isaac Stevens, who currently leads Men’s Ministry at CommonGround Church in Tulsa.
Isaac is a Booker T. Washington graduate and recently graduated from ORU with a degree in Biblical Literature and a minor in Hebrew. He’ll share his story and bring an energetic, motivational message from 1 Corinthians 5 about what it means for us as men to be ambassadors for Christ.
Invite a friend—and especially encourage some of the younger men in your life to come along. We’ll have great food, fellowship, and music!

Join the Christ Church Explorers for an inspiring, behind-the-scenes tour of the Tulsa Day Center and discover how this remarkable organization brings hope and practical support to people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
We’ll learn how the Day Center provides vital services:
- Food, shelter, clothing, and toiletries
- Health clinic services
- Personalized case management
- Computer access and other essential resources

Parents—you need a night. You need a night to catch up on laundry or with your spouse. You need a night to take a deep breath away from your children. You need space just to be where nobody is screaming "MOM" or "DAD," and the hardest question to answer will be, "And how do you want that cooked?" That's what Parents' Night Out is about. We will take care of your children (birth–12th grade) and provide teaching, play, and community for your kids while you have a night to yourself. Parents' Night Out will be on Wednesday, September 2nd & 9th. Dinner for your kids will be at 5:30 p.m. at the church, and programming will begin at 6:15 p.m. For our birth–6th grade, pickup is at 7:30 p.m., while our 7th–12th grade will be done at 8:00 p.m. Sign up here.

The Men's breakfast will be Saturday, August 8th, 2026 from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at Christ Church. Our speaker will be Josh Geppelt, the recently named executive director at Restore Hope Ministries here in Tulsa effective March 2nd 2026. Josh is the grandson of longtime member of our church, Elmo Geppelt. Josh was born and raised here in Tulsa and at the age of 20, left to attend the bible school, Cedarville University. Josh would go on to earn a degree in finance. In 2006, he moved to Colorado to attend Denver Seminary. This would lead him to spend 18 years working at the Denver Rescue Mission. Come and hear Josh tell us more about his Christian journey and how God has used his talents to bring him back here to his hometown of Tulsa.
